Associate Advocate — Labour & Employment
Role: Lead litigation and advisory matters involving employment disputes, compliance, and internal workplace investigations. Client-facing role with opportunity to work on policy and regulatory matters.
- Qualifications: LLB (required), LLM (preferred)
- Skills: Drafting, research, representation in courts/tribunals, familiarity with employment statutes and rules
- Compensation: Competitive; based on experience
Corporate Counsel — Technology & M&A
Role: Advise on commercial contracts, M&A transactions, regulatory compliance (including technology and data issues), and risk management for technology clients.
- Qualifications: Corporate experience, transactional exposure preferred
- Skills: Drafting, negotiation, due diligence, cross-border exposure preferred
Legal Research Associate / Paralegal
Role: Conduct research, prepare briefs and support advocates across litigation and advisory matters in technology and employment law.
Legal Intern (Paid)
Role: Tutor-supported internship with hands-on research, drafting, and client exposure. Strong preference to students interested in employment and technology law.
